Operator-facing. The advertiser version is My campaign isn't delivering (for advertisers) — you can point clients at it, or reuse its wording under your own brand.
First question to ask: "What did Campaign Health Check say?"
This resolves most of these tickets immediately, and when it doesn't, it still narrows the problem. See Campaign Health Check.
The usual causes, in rough order of frequency
- Bid below market. Check the zero-bid alert and recommended bid. See Zero-bid alerts and bid recommendations.
- Balance at zero. Delivery stops instantly while the campaign still reads active — see How advertiser balances work. Check this before anything technical.
- Creative not approved, or none attached in a size the targeting requires.
- Over-narrow targeting. Especially several narrow layers combined. See Targeting options available to your advertisers.
- Budget exhausted for the day, or flight dates elapsed.
- A rule paused it. Check the Automated Rules log — it records every automated action with its trigger, including AI Optimization.
- Landing-page guard triggered. If the landing page went down and no backup URL was set, the campaign pauses automatically. See The landing-page guard.
If none apply
Check the platform status page for a wider incident before escalating — see Platform status and release notes. Then contact support with the campaign ID, what Health Check reported, and what you've already ruled out.
