My campaign isn't delivering (for advertisers)

This article is written for advertisers. Operators: see An advertiser reports no delivery (for operators).

A new, approved campaign should start receiving impressions within a few minutes. If nothing is happening, work through this in order.

1. Run Campaign Health Check first
One click checks bid, budget, balance, creatives, targeting and flight dates, and usually names the exact problem. See Campaign Health Check. Don't change settings before you've run it — otherwise you won't know which change fixed it.

2. Check your bid
A bid below the market wins nothing. Look for the zero-bid alert and the recommended-bid hint, which show what your targeted traffic is actually clearing at. See Zero-bid alerts and bid recommendations.

3. Check your balance
At zero balance, delivery stops immediately even though the campaign still shows as active. Add funds and it resumes. See Topping up and payment methods.

4. Check your creatives are approved
An unapproved creative can't serve. Check the creative's status, and that you have one in a size your targeting needs.

5. Check your targeting isn't too narrow
Every layer you add cuts available inventory. Combining several narrow layers can reduce matching traffic to almost nothing. Widen one layer at a time to find the culprit. See Targeting options available to your advertisers.

6. Check budget and dates
Daily budget already spent? Flight dates still valid?

Still stuck? Contact your platform's support with your campaign ID and what Health Check reported.
