Subscription or Acquisition — which should I choose?

Subscription is a fully managed platform. We host it, maintain it, upgrade it, and you pay a recurring fee — $500/month or $5,000/year.

Acquisition is a one-time $50,000 purchase that transfers ownership of the technology, including source code, so you run it yourself.

Choose Subscription if

• You want to be live in days without an infrastructure team.
• You'd rather have predictable operating costs than a capital outlay.
• You want us handling hosting, scaling, upgrades and SSP connections.
• You want to try before committing — Acquisition has no free trial, subscriptions do.

Choose Acquisition if

• You want to own the technology outright, with no recurring platform fee.
• You need to modify the platform beyond what configuration allows.
• You have the technical capability to operate a bidder.
• Your volume is high enough that a custom margin and media fee beat the standard 10%.

The commercial difference

A sensible path: start on Monthly, prove the business, then move to Annual or Acquisition once your volume justifies it. Nothing is lost by starting small.
