Your platform is self-serve, so advertisers can sign up and start on their own — but the first few are worth handling personally.
How advertiser access works
Advertisers get their own logins to the advertiser panel under your brand. There are no per-seat fees, so you're not penalised for adding accounts.
Your team
You can invite unlimited team members to the admin panel. Give each person their own login rather than sharing one.
Getting an advertiser live
- Create or approve their account.
- They fund their balance — media spend runs from their balance on your platform, separately from your platform subscription. See What the subscription covers — and what it doesn't.
- They build a campaign in the campaign builder, pick a format and upload creatives — see Ad formats and creative specs.
- They set targeting, budget and bidding — see Targeting options available to your advertisers.
- Delivery starts once creatives are approved.
What to prepare before you open the doors
- Decide your margin — see How you make money: margin and the media fee.
- Set your fraud protection thresholds — see What can be blocked, and the four action levels.
- Check your branded emails are actually being delivered — see Branding your platform: domain, logo and emails.
