It covers the subscription fee — the licence and platform access — and applies once, to the first payment after your trial. Later renewals aren't covered, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.
Contact support from the email address on the account. No lengthy justification is required. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Advertising balance: not refundable
Money added to an advertising balance can't be refunded. This isn't an arbitrary rule — inventory is bought and delivered on live exchanges in real time. Once impressions and clicks have been served, supply partners have been paid and that spend can't be recovered by anyone. The same applies to third-party or exchange fees already incurred on delivered traffic.
But unused balance is never lost. It stays on the account with no expiry and can be used for future campaigns at any time.
