How to request one
Contact support with:
- The platform name
- Your use case โ what data needs to move, in which direction
- Any API documentation the vendor publishes
- Whether you already hold an account with them
Timelines
- Standard integrations are usually live within one business day of purchase.
- Custom or complex setups โ server-side, advanced event mapping โ are scoped separately with a delivery date before work starts, so there are no surprises.
Swapping or removing an app later
Open a support ticket and we'll disable or replace it. There's no lock-in on marketplace add-ons.
