Yes — installment plans carry a setup fee that the one-time payment does not.

Beyond that setup fee the cost is transparent, divided into equal monthly amounts, with no hidden charges.
In short: paying by installment costs more in total, and that difference is the setup fee. It buys you five months to pay rather than one payment now.
White Label DSP has no setup fee at all, because it's a monthly subscription rather than a purchase.
Ongoing costs to be aware of regardless of plan: bandwidth as your traffic grows is paid directly to the hosting provider (see Do you impose any QPS limitations?), and media spend is funded separately from the platform itself.
